01. what is your retainer fee?
to book your date, all packages require a 35% non-refundable retainer fee. this is due at the time of booking. although the retainer fee is non-refundable, it is transferable.

02. what is your turnaround time?
photo: standard 4-6 weeks, 8-12 during peak season

03. do you offer digital photography or videography?
we offer digital and analogue for all our photography services. we do not offer any kind of digital videography.

04. how do you accept payment?
We currently accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise and Apple Pay. PayPal gives you the option to pay with a credit card.

05. how do we receive our images? does film only mean I get my photos as prints?
you’ll receive all your images—both digital and film—as high-resolution digital files in an online gallery. film does not mean prints only. your rolls are developed and scanned by a professional lab, so you get them alongside your digital photos.
while the film is being processed, we begin editing your digital images. once the scans are back, we do minor edits and colour correction, then deliver everything together in your gallery for easy downloading and sharing. you’ll also receive a physical memoir of your day—a compilation of polaroids, a CD with all the final edits (plus a Dropbox link), and sometimes little keepsakes like your wedding programme.

06. what is your travel fee?​
all local travel is included in your quoted price. for weddings abroad, an additional travel fee may apply — we’ll go over the details together during your consultation. engagement sessions outside the immediate CPH or CT area are subject to a custom travel fee, which typically ranges from 1.700-3.500 DKK+, depending on the location.

07. what do you shoot on and how do you back up files?
i shoot on Sony A7S III (mirrorless & dual card slot). i have a variety of lenses, Sony & Sigma. i back up files on 2 hard drives, my laptop, and i do not clear the sd cards until your archive has been delivered.

08. how do we book you?
when you enquire, you’ll be prompted to schedule a consultation. after our chat, if you’d like to move forward, simply send me an email to confirm. i’ll then prepare a project proposal for you, which includes both your contract and invoice. your invoice is split into two payments: a 35% non-refundable retainer due upon signing, and the remaining 65% balance due two weeks before your wedding day. please note that I cannot hold dates without both a signed contract and paid retainer. once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your booking is official — and your wedding is on our calendar!

09. how many images do we get?
each package will come with a minimum amount of images. for weddings and elopements you will typically receive at least double that amount. engagement sessions range from 50-150 images.
10. what if i want lighter/darker editing?
i would describe my editing style as warm, earthy and neutral. i will not edit outside of my style. i encourage all enquiring clients to review my gallery to ensure that my editing is to their liking.
11. can i view sample galleries of your work?
yes! you can see sample work here and on my instagram.​

12. can i receive the raw files of your digital images?
no, i don’t deliver raw files. they are unfinished, unedited versions of the images and don’t reflect the final look and feel of my work. a big part of the artistry is in the editing process—where i refine colours, tones, and consistency—so that your gallery feels cohesive and true to the day. what you will receive are fully edited, high-resolution images carefully curated to tell your story in the most beautiful way.
